Good evening, I hope you have had a lovely day - we certainly have! The Boy and the Girl have had friends round to play today - as this means them disappearing for about three hours, it is beautifully relaxing for his Lairdship and myself :)
This evening the Marvellous Mrs M was away, so the Marvellous Mr and Miss M came to supper. The Boy prepared potato wedges, carrots, kale and sausages for everyone - delicious! I was persuaded to make volcano pudding - one of the Nigella recipes that has our household's seal of approval - definitely not a diet day today...

As I write we have no snow here, although it has been reported about ten miles away, my thoughts and smiles go to anyone who is starting to feel the effects.
